Every postpartum experience is different, but just as sacred as the next. its important to me that you feel well prepared for this sacred time in your life. every new mother needs to feel supported, nourished, and heard. As a postpartum Doula it is my job to make your transition from maiden to mother smooth, to take the heavy load off your shoulders so you can focus your energy on your baby.

in-person package​

​

postnatal package includes:

- Initial meeting to get to know each other. 

- 1x prenatal visit 

this prenatal appointment we will discuss the ways in which I can support you in your postpartum journey, and also prepare you for your birth.

- 6x postnatal visits. With the opportunity to extend if you feel necessary. 

your postnatal visits will vary dependant of your needs. your visits MAY include but not limited to:

- nourishing meals

-light house work

- birth debrief

- breastfeeding support

- assisting with your new baby or older siblings so you may rest 

- closing of the bones ceremony

- self-care rituals

- recommendations for any extra support needed

- attendance of postnatal appointments (if you feel necessary)

- someone to to talk to without any judgement

- communication via phone throughout your package
